UNION PREFERRED REALTY provides its clients with unparalleled real estate services while also supporting organizations that support our communities in Maryland. UNION PREFERRED REALTY is a company with a conscience that believes that Real Property transactions should be conducted with a Real Purpose.  For this reason, UNION PREFERRED REALTY offers two programs, the Union Promise Program and the Non-Profit Pledge Program, designed to support organizations that support our communities.  

 

The Union Promise Program

Each time a dues-paying union member in good-standing completes a real estate transaction with the brokerage, UNION PREFERRED REALTY will make a donation in an amount equal to 5% of the commissions received by UNION PREFERRED REALTY for that union member’s transaction to the union member’s Local AND will provide a 1-year Home Warranty for the property involved in the union member’s transaction.

 

The Non-Profit Pledge Program

Each time a Client of UNION PREFERRED REALTY completes a real estate transaction with the brokerage, that Client will have the option to participate in UNION PREFERRED REALTY’s Non-Profit Pledge.  If the Client chooses to participate, the Client selects Non-Profit Organization and UNION PREFERRED REALTY will make a donation in an amount equal to 5% of the commissions received by UNION PREFERRED REALTY for that Client’s transaction to that Non-Profit Organization AND will provide a 1-year Home Warranty for the property involved in the transaction.
