For our BTU members....

As a Union member there are several things that are available to you.  Our job is to provide you with the information that you need to help make the home buying process run as smoothly as possible.  Each time a dues-paying union member in good-standing* completes a real estate transaction with Union Preferred Realty, we will make a donation in an amount equal to 5% of the commissions received by Union Preferred for that union member’s transaction to the Baltimore Teachers Union AND will provide a 1-year Home Warranty for the property involved in the union member’s transaction.

An Additional Benefit for Clients of Union Preferred Realty

The preferred lender of UPR, Integrity Home Mortgage, also believes that Real Property transactions should be conducted with a Real Purpose.  Quintez McDonald-Gibson and his team are ready to make the mortgage process as smooth as possible for our clients and provide concierge service for our union members.   To start the pre-approval process you can start your application directly using this link.
